Los Angeles Day Spas
Taking a break from a busy lifestyle and being pampered in relaxing
surroundings is a welcome treat for many people. There are numerous
treatments and facilities available and Los Angeles day spas
offer some
of the best around. There's so many to choose from and they suit every
budget, all the way up to the luxury establishments where you may rub
shoulders with celebrities.
The Le Petite Retreat really is a retreat into another world of
fountains, flower arrangements and aromatic scents. This is one of the
luxury Los Angeles day spas that offer different kinds of massage
treatments, including Deep Tissue, Swedish Deep Combo, Pre-Natal
Pregnancy and Jade Stone. Some of these treatments can be part of a
couples package, to be shared together with a partner. Hydrotherapy
Bath sessions take place in a copper bath and are designed to help with
arthritis and headaches. They include a warm lavender bath and a
ginger, eucalyptus and peppermint bath. Other treatments include
facials, waxing, scrubs and detox.
The Puff Beauty Studio offers facial treatments, including an Organic
Facial that uses exclusively pure ingredients. The beauty store sells
less well known brands, difficult to hunt down elsewhere. The skin care
studio gives advice on applying make up. Another of the Los Angeles day
spas available is Verabella. Its specialty is gourmet food
facials,
some of which involve chocolates, champagne and caviar! There is also a
skin care studio and non-invasive facelifts are on offer, using the
latest non-surgical technology.
Once a month, the Skin Haven Studio holds a Spa Lounge day, which is an
opportunity to try out treatments in a social gathering with your
friends. The all in cost includes a glass of wine or champagne, spa
treatments and snacks. There is also the chance to buy designer goods
at wholesale prices. Treatments are typical of Los Angeles day spas and
include hand and foot treatments, reflexology, mineral make up
makeovers, massages and exfoliating treatments. These days are very
popular and you have to book ahead.
Burke Williams Spa in West Hollywood is a relaxing environment with
subdued lighting. Hair care and skin products are for sale and the
amenities include a steam room. Treatments include a Pure Relaxation
rub down, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy and Eucalyptus Body Wrap.
Once tried, these treatments can become addictive and a weekly visit to
Los Angeles day
spas will be required. After a visit, clients feel
invigorated and ready to face the hectic world outside again.
